Amazing company to work for. Worked steady for them while my main job slowed down. Everyone in the office if helpful. They keep you well informed with what you need and any other information for the job your sent to. Quick to response via text / email if you have any problems. They keep you busy and that’s all anyone can ask for. Highly recommended for anyone who is short on work and needs a great company that will keep you busy and your bills paid.

PLC honestly goes out of their way to help where they can. What most people can tell you is how they treat their employees, or how they treat their clients. I already know they treat them amazing. Being a team member from another location what I can say is that not only do they treat everyone else with great respect, but they treat everyone that way. In in my 50's and transitioning from long term employment with my previous employer. I've been working through PLC for a few months now and find it is a great fit for me. I've had the opportunity to work many different short term jobs and projects. Both Ali, Shayne, and Leslie are all very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Always seem to have few minutes to chat when I stop by. They're very accommodating and understanding when certain work offers conflict with my other plans. I applied through a couple other agencies before PLC and dispute my reliability and varied work related experience I never heard from them again. PLC is very different from the others. PLC Recruitment really knows how to pair employees with a business. PLC called me as soon as a job that fit what I was looking for came through their office, and I got hired on permanently by that company after only two weeks. Plus, the people at PLC are very friendly and genuinely invested in the employees.

I can call with 5 mins notice, days, evenings, weekends and they deliver top quality workers. I let the office know what I need. Say a labour, for two days, they ask questions to define the role more and I get the best people to direct and work with. The management communicates very well if you,your self have good communication. Don't be afraid to ask for more detail on a job, if you work hard, you get treated like gold. Working for Plc made my name travel around different management's and employers around Lethbridge and I ended up getting a job full-time in the place I wanted to work ( they knew me through my good work in other jobs and knew me by name )And that can happen to any one who works hard enough to get noticed. Be consistent even if the job isn't fun.

Shayne and Leslie and started helping right after I lost my last job. They went over and beyond helping me find the right job for me and I couldn't be happier. My last job so stressful that I felt like I was going nowhere and I felt that my efforts were going to waste. I now work for a company that appreciates your hard work and effort that I even got offers of promotion and opportunity.
